We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you that donated time, energy, thought and money for Lisa. We cannot begin tell you how wonderful your generosity has been to us as a family.
We were faced with a most daunting task and felt very alone in our struggle with OHIP and the McGuinty government. At the fantastic BBQ last August we were simply overwhelmed by the turnout of caring people. We are continuing our battle with OHIP, not only for Lisa but for anyone else that may be in a similar situation. Be assured we will let you know the outcome of the Appeal Hearing.
The summer passed in a bit of a blur with all the traveling to and from the Mayo Clinic. Thankfully that is behind us now for six months, all being well. We now look forward to some quiet time at home.
